Mission

International Awareness (IA) is a non-profit organization that creates
awareness about major international issues to the general public, in a
simple, accessible and understandable form. IA is non-political, but
supports freedom, democracy, liberty, freedom of speech, and equality,
with the aim to eliminate poverty and injustice. IA does not necessarily
intend to find solutions to these issues; its focus is to help people
understand major international issues and the reasons for their
importance, without explicitly offering solutions. IA organizes seminars
and debates, produces documentaries for television, and issues a monthly
magazine on a regular basis. The articles in the magazine are written by
high-ranking experts in each field, in such a way that the subject is
easily understandable to most readers.
